Richard Rossow is a senior adviser and holds the Wadhwani Chair in U.S.-India Policy Studies at The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role he helps frame and shape policies to promote greater business and economic engagement between the two countries. He joined CSIS in 2014, having spent the last 16 years working in a variety of capacities to strengthen the partnership between the United States and India. Prior to CSIS, he served as director for South Asia at McLarty Associates, leading the firm’s work for clients in India and the neighboring region. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Rossow was with New York Life Insurance company, most recently as head of International Governmental Affairs, where he developed strategic plans for the company’s public policy and global mergers and acquisitions work. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Rossow served as deputy director of the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC), the world’s leading advocacy group on behalf of strengthening economic ties between the United States and India. While at USIBC, he managed the Council’s policy groups in the energy, information technology, insurance, media and entertainment, and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Rossow received his B.A. from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
Vinson earned his bachelor’s degree from Calicut University, Thrissur and his master’s degree from University of Nevada, Reno, both in civil engineering. He is an active member of the Indian-American community and has led many efforts to bolster in the Indo-American relation. Having lived in Kerala, Saudi Arabia, and various cities in the U.S., he realized the importance of promoting ideals of liberty, opportunity, and choice. As the Executive Director of the Indo-American Center (IAC) in Washington DC, Vinson has successfully undertaken several initiatives to strengthen Indo-U.S. alliances. He has spearheaded the ‘Washington Chalo’ campaign following the fateful 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India. Vinson continues to work with students across India and the Emirates to help them gain higher education in USA. He is an established IT entrepreneur and an avid blockchain adventurist.
T.P. Sreenivasan has nearly 20 years of experience in multilateral diplomacy and has represented India at a number of international conferences organized by the United Nations, the Commonwealth and the Nonaligned Movement. He has chaired several UN Committees and Conferences. Ambassador Sreenivasan has served in the Indian Foreign Service for 37 years, including as the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) in the Embassy of India, Washington DC. He has also served in New Delhi, Tokyo, Thimphu, New York and Yangon. He rose to the highest level in the Indian Foreign Service in 2001 and retired in 2004. He is the Vice-Chairman and Executive Head of the Kerala State Higher Education Council with the rank of Vice-Chancellor.

Bhuvana Anand is a governance and public policy specialist. Her experience spans working with donors and civil society organizations in Sudan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, India and the United States, in policy advocacy, and managing multi-pronged programs and research. She has university and graduate level training in economics and politics, including coursework in political economy, public policy and principles of law. Bhuvana is deeply interested in institutional economics and public choice theories that help to explain the ‘interest-incentive-information’ motivation that guides and governs political leaders and civil servants.
